Fully automatic embossing machine, suitable for various fabric embossing and glue planting, various leather embossing and embossing, T-shirt embossing, denim embossing, (convex) bracelet lettering, color changing, multi-color silicone cup lids, brand logos, and various liquid silicone logos. Today, we will introduce the process flow and usage of the fully automatic embossing machine.
Garment automatic embossing machine process:
1. Silicone glue adjustment: Take an appropriate amount of silicone, add a certain proportion of curing agent, and stir evenly.
2. Fix the mold: Use a scraper to evenly coat a thin layer of stirred silicone on the front and back of the upper and lower molds. The upper temperature of the automatic embossing machine is set between 170-190, and the lower temperature can be set lower, because the upper temperature is mainly used for embossing. The mold is placed in the center of the sliding table, and the automatic embossing machine starts. The molding time is set at about 300 S. When the time is up, the upper mold is fixed on the upper heating plate, and the lower mold is fixed on the slide table.
3. Preparation of the screen version: take a rectangular wooden frame, and fix the screen on the wooden frame with an air nail gun, or use a screen printing.
4. Glue brushing: Take a silicone pad on the operating table, place the garment piece flat on the silicone pad, then place the mesh plate directly above the garment piece, take an appropriate amount of mixed silicone, and scrape it once with a scraper.
5. Thermocompression forming: Lay the slices engraved with silicone on the sliding table face up. The molding time of the fully automatic embossing machine is 6-10S, press the start button. When the forming time is up, the sliding table slides out, the cut parts are taken out, and the whole process is completed.
