The features of PVC material
1: PVC material is easy to decompose at high temperature. It is easier to decompose when in contact with steel and copper at a temperature of 200 degrees. When decomposing, corrosion, irritating gas, and forming temperature range are small.
2: The use temperature is low (-15—55 degrees), the coefficient of linear expansion is large, it is easy to shrink, and the shrinkage rate reaches more than 2%.
3: The important point is that PVC products are toxic to humans and the environment, and the natural degradation process is extremely slow, and the plasticizer (plasticizer) residues in PVC plastic products will affect human health.
