1. The raw materials of PVC shoe labels are made of polyvinyl chloride resin powder, which is mixed evenly after mixing oil and color paste. The colorist mixes each color in a certain proportion and adjusts the color according to the Pantone color number. This process is an important part of the entire shoe label production.
2. The adjusted PVC materials are vacuumed in sequence to remove the air inside the PVC materials to avoid the appearance of air bubbles in production and cause defects.
3. The adjusted PVC materials are transferred to the glue dripping link. The glue dripping operator inputs the color of each part into the glue dispensing machine according to the color of the soft glue cartoon shoe label file, tests the glue dripping of the shoe label mold many times, confirms the pinhole routing sequence, and performs the first test glue dispensing to complete all glue dispensing instructions.
4. Put the glue dripping mold baking plate into the PVC oven and bake at 280-300 degrees. The time depends on the size of the product and bakes it into shape.
5. The operator will bond the finished shoe label to the plastic backing plate, bake and bond it again, and a semi-3D soft glue cartoon shoe label is completed.
