2. Vacuumize the adjusted PVC material in order to remove the air inside the PVC material to avoid air bubbles during production and cause defects. Combined with vacuum barrel and vacuum pump, it can effectively complete the vacuum work
2. Transfer the vacuumized PVC material to the material tank of the dispenser, and the operator will program according to the color and pattern of the soft PVC keychain picture file in turn. After the programming is completed, start the dispenser for dispensing work.
3. Put the glued key chain mold baking plate into the PVC oven to bake, the temperature and time depend on the size of the product. After baking and cooling, the product is OK.
